Organizational Commitment and Organizational Effectiveness

This study was designed to compare organizational commitment of the employees in public and private sector organizations food processing industry, make out association between subscales commitment, these dimensions vis-a-vis different psycho-demographic factors investigate relationship effectiveness. The scope belonging Punjab Haryana industry. sample comprised 196 respondents drawn from three Sector organizations, six organizations. Comparisons made on basis hierarchical levels other comprehensive. results revealed a very significant positive correlation clearly support idea that aggregated is related effectiveness indicators.
